Description
The Managed Service in the area of provision of external workforce / expertise in the context of this CfA shall be understood as encompassing the main following services: (a) The supply of external workforce / expertise on behalf of, and under the responsibility of the Contractor (activity of MSP – Managed Service Provider), namely: • The Management of the relationships with bearers of external expertise • The Onboarding and offboarding of bearers of external expertise • The follow up of service level agreements (SLAs). • The control over compliance with contract terms. (b) The set-up and operation of an open, free of charge Vendor Management System (VMS), whereby third-party companies, and independent contractors may access information about the individual assignments, describing, in particular the nature, scope and terms and conditions for the performance of the said assignments. Throughout the duration of the contract and until the final order has been completed, the BCL or any Participating Institution must have free access to the VMS platform, without any intermediary other than the service provider (MSP). (c) The sourcing of workforce / expertise (excluding temporary staffing or employee replacement services)
